Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MeteorVid's early-access services. Payments are not open; the operator's legal identity must be confirmed before paid services launch. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Credits and subscriptions

• Generations consume credits. The cost is shown before every generation.
• Subscription credits roll over while your plan is active and expire 60 days after they are issued. Promotional credits do not roll over.
• Credits are refunded automatically when a generation fails for technical reasons.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts and images you upload and, to the extent permitted by law, of the outputs you generate. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You may not create content that is illegal, sexually explicit, involves minors, harasses others, infringes intellectual property, or depicts real people without their consent. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. AI output

AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable EU consumer protection rules.
