This policy describes personal data processed through MeteorVid. Contact contact@meteorvid.com for privacy requests. The operator's legal identity must be confirmed before paid services open.

Data we collect

• Account data: email address and sign-in details.
• Content: prompts, uploaded images and generated media.
• Usage and billing data: credits, plan, payments.
• Basic technical data: device, browser, anonymous analytics.

How we use it

To provide the Service, generate your media, manage credits, prevent abuse, offer support and improve the product. We do not sell your data and we do not use your private uploads to train models.

Processors

We use trusted providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payments and AI model processing. Your prompts and images are sent to AI model providers only to produce your generations.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete creations at any time and request deletion of your account.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your data, and object to processing. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).

Cookies

We use only cookies necessary for sign-in and basic, privacy-friendly analytics.
