How credits work
The selected generation shows its credit cost before you create. Duration, model and scope affect the total.
Subscription credits are allocated monthly, including on annual plans. Each allocation expires 60 days after its scheduled allocation date. Credits with the earliest expiry are used first. Existing credits keep their expiry dates when a plan ends.
Confirmed technical failures return the charged generation credits. Returned credits expire 60 days after the return. A delivered result you dislike does not automatically qualify. Credit returns are not cash refunds.
Plan management
Payments are not open yet. When billing opens: Cancel plan → one confirmation → cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and valid credits remain usable. No survey, support contact or retention offer required.
